Directions for use and Dosage

Preparation: one tablespoon of herbs for each 250 ml cup (in case of decoction, increase to 300 ml).
The infusion time can be adjusted. vary from 10 minutes to 30 minutes for decoctions.
We recommend two or three cups of infusion per day.
