Herbal tea with soothing and relaxing properties.
      Linden (Tilia platyphyllos Scop.)
Known for its characteristic inflorescences gathered in clusters and for the bract, a type of small leaf attached to the flower stalk. The aromatic substances that the plant releases during flowering and concentrates in the bracts and flowers are found intact in the herbal tea, giving it, in addition to its well-known relaxing properties, also a characteristic aroma. Linden is chosen based on its total flavonoid content (minimum 0.5% calculated as isoquercitrin).

Ingredients
Linden flowers and floral bracts (Tilia Platyphyllos Scop).

Directions for use
One filter is sufficient to prepare a cup of infusion.
Pour the boiling water into a cup containing the filter bag and leave to infuse for 5 to 7 minutes, taking care to keep the container covered to avoid losing the more volatile substances.
To sweeten, we recommend using honey.
