Add a teaspoon of oil to the cooking water before adding the pasta.
Bring 3 liters of salted water (with 15 g of salt) to the boil, add the lasagna noodles (2-3 pieces at a time) and boil, without stirring, for 4 minutes.
Drain and transfer to a bowl of cold water.
After spreading the sauce on the bottom of a baking dish, arrange the lasagna noodles in layers, covering each layer with sauce, Parmesan cheese, and béchamel sauce.
Cover everything with the sauce, sprinkle with plenty of Parmesan cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
