Preparation
The piadina is ready to heat. Just a minute on the Testo (or a non-stick pan) and it's ready to be enjoyed with any filling, from cheese to cured meats, from vegetables to meat and fish. Also worth trying as a pizza base. Simply fill it with tomato and mozzarella and bake it at 220°C. When the edge is golden, after about 5 minutes, it's ready.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place.
Shelf life in unopened packaging: 60 days.
Shelf life after opening: 45 days.
