Directions for use and Dosage

The dosage for this infusion is as follows: pour a cup of boiling water over 1 level tablespoon of the plant. Cover and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes. Drink 1 to 3 cups a day as needed. You can sweeten the herbal tea to taste using a small amount of honey, not sugar.
