Dialsi's Corn and Rice Penne is a type of bronze-drawn pasta specifically for people intolerant to gluten. It is produced using only corn and rice flours, without the use of additives, in particular without mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471). The use of bronze dies and low-temperature drying give the pasta the appearance and characteristics of a genuine and appetizing food.
