Casarecce is a gluten-free dietary pasta made with corn, quinoa, and rice flour.
Specifically formulated for celiacs, bronze-drawn.
Corn flour (50.4%), brown rice flour (22%), rice flour (21.4%), potato starch, quinoa flour (3%); stabilizer: E471, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids.
May contain traces of soy and lupins.
Gluten-free.

Cook in plenty of boiling salted water for the time indicated on the package (9 minutes).
It is advisable not to rely entirely on the cooking time suggested on the package and to check the minutes that you think are suitable for your taste the first few times.
If you want to "sauté" the pasta, drain it one minute beforehand.
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Best before date from production: 36 months.
