Devil's claw (Harpagophytum procumbens) is a herbaceous plant native to tropical Africa and owes its name to the hooks on its fruits. The part used for medicinal purposes is the root.
Traditionally, it is used for its activity against skin redness and for its ability to reduce the discomfort caused by small swellings.
Arnica montana is one of the best-known and most appreciated plants for its effectiveness in the treatment of skin discomfort, both athletic and non-athletic, thanks to the presence of natural ingredients that act specifically to alleviate the consequences of skin discomfort. The principles present in arnica also have an anti-fatigue action, reactivating local microcirculation.
