• After removing the cap, stand over a sink and tilt your head to the side.
• Gently insert the dispenser into the upper nostril and press for the indicated time.
• Repeat the procedure for the other nostril. The bottle can be oriented at any angle (360°) for maximum comfort.

How to use for newborns and children with assistance:

• Lay the child on one side.

Important warnings:
