Medical device useful for nose and eye hygiene
Indications
Isomar Daily Hygiene Vials is indicated for daily cleansing of the nose, ears, and eyes. Can also be used in aerosol therapy.
Daily nasal cleansing is useful for both children and adults to help prevent colds and respiratory allergies and maintain healthy airways.
Ingredients
Sea water diluted to a saline concentration of 0.9%
Directions for use and Dosage
Nasal cleansing
Open the sealed vial by twisting the cap. Insert the single-dose vial into the nostrils of the child while he is lying down. Squeeze the vial until the desired dose is released. For children who can use Isomar Vials alone and for adults, alternately insert the vial into the nostrils, pressing each time, with the head up, inhaling and closing the other nostril with the finger.
Cleansing the eyes
Open the sealed vial by twisting the cap. Instill one or more drops into the conjunctival sac, as needed, even frequently throughout the day, up to a maximum of 3 times a day and as needed.
The tip of the vial must not come into contact with the surface of the eyelids or the eye. To cleanse the area around the eyes, soak a sterile gauze in the solution and gently massage the eyelids and eye contour.
