Product Description

Isotonic saline solution for nasal use.

Indications

Libenar Sterile isotonic saline solution 9 grams/liter, also usable in aerosol therapy.
Ideal for nose and eye hygiene.

Composition

Sodium chloride 0.9 g Purified water to 100 ml

Directions for use

Detach a plastic bottle and open it by twisting the cap.

Libenar is indicated for babies, children and adults: for nasal hygiene (to moisten or clean in case of a blocked or dry nose), for eye hygiene (as eye drops or cleanser to clean the eyes) and for inhalation in aerosol therapy. Libenar vials can be used in: Use daily for nasal and eye hygiene, one to six times a day, as needed.

• For nasal hygiene: Keep your head tilted back, gently insert the nozzle into one nostril and gently squeeze the bottle, repeating the operation with the other nostril. Raise your head to allow the mucus to drain and then dry the excess fluid. Do not blow your nose vigorously for ten minutes after application.
• For eye hygiene: Instill a few drops of solution in each eye, taking care to avoid contact between the nozzle of the bottle and the surface of the eye, use a sterile gauze to remove excess fluid. For inhalation in aerosol therapy: If the product is used as a solvent, follow the instructions provided with the product to be inhaled. If the product is used alone, follow the instructions provided with the aerosol device.

Warnings

Do not use the same vial for different purposes. Each vial is single-use and for personal use. Do not use the single-use vial once opened or damaged due to the risk of rapid bacterial contamination. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the packaging and on the label of the single-use vial. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. When using the nose, for infants, instill the drops using minimal pressure to avoid any risk of contamination of the middle ear. When using the eyes, wait 15 minutes before using any other eye product. For inhalation in aerosol therapy, consult your doctor before use if you are using it for the first time or if you have respiratory hypersensitivity, serious respiratory or cardiovascular diseases.
