Nestlé PreNAN Post is a powdered formula specifically designed for premature or low birth weight infants (over 1800 g), providing balanced and targeted nutritional support to promote growth and well-being after hospital discharge.

This advanced formula offers high-quality hydrolysed protein (2.8 g/100 kcal) to aid digestion and an energy intake of 73 kcal/100 ml to support growth in the first months of life. Nestlé PreNAN Post also contains a lipid blend with LC-PUFA and MCT triglycerides, which ensure an adequate supply of essential fatty acids for brain development and nervous system health. The formula is designed to provide optimal nutrition even after the hospitalization period, responding to the specific nutritional needs of low birth weight infants.
