Aluneb is an isotonic solution for nebulization, via aerosol, nasal douche, and MAD Nasal based on high molecular weight hyaluronic acid and xylitol, indicated for restoring and maintaining the physiological conditions of the nasopharyngeal mucosa.
Characteristics
MAD Nasal is a needle-free medical device for nebulizing topical solutions via the nose. It allows for topical treatments of the nasal and sinus cavities, and allows for the rapid administration of the Aluneb solution through nebulization in particles 30-100 microns in diameter, ideal for treating the upper airways.
MAD Nasal is a device used in pre-hospital and emergency settings for the intranasal administration of anesthetics, anticonvulsants, and painkillers.
Thanks to its soft conical adapter, it guarantees a seal on the nostril and adapts ergonomically to the nostrils of adults and children.
The malleable probe allows for 180° positioning of the conical adapter.
The nebulized hyaluronic acid hydrates and facilitates the removal of mucus and allergens from the upper respiratory tract.
It can be useful in assisting the regulation of mucociliary clearance, alleviating all those symptoms linked to inflammatory, allergenic and environmental factors.
Therapeutic indications of aluneb:
- Adjuvant in the treatment of tonsillitis, laryngitis, pharyngitis, rhinitis, sinusitis.
- Useful in cases of hoarseness, inflammation of the vocal cords with and without.
- dysphonia and cough of an irritative nature.
- In flu or cold syndromes.
- In post-operative ENT surgery.
- Results of extraesophageal manifestations of gastric reflux affecting the upper respiratory tract (dysphagia, laryngitis, chronic pharyngitis, aphonia, irritable cough).
Composition
Solution physiological, high molecular weight hyaluronic acid, xylitol.
Directions for use and dosage
Children up to 6 years of age: one single-dose vial per session once a day.
Children over 6 years of age and adults: one single-dose vial per session twice a day.
Wash your hands before and after using the medical device.
Flex the single-dose vial in both directions and detach it from the strip to which it is sealed.
Open the single-dose vial by rotating the flap.
Pour the contents of the vial into the nebulizer bulb or into the MAD Nasal syringe as per the instructions.
