Composition

Per 1 gummy tablet per day: Melatonin 1.0 mg; Vitamin B6 1.4 mg (recommended daily allowance RDA: 100%), Valerian Extract 30 mg, Chamomile Extract 10 mg, Lavender Extract 10 mg.

Directions for use and dosage

Take 1 gummy 30 minutes before bedtime. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 1 mg of melatonin. To be taken in anticipation of a sleep period of at least 6 hours.
