Directions for use and dosage
1 tablet twice a day, 20 minutes before lunch and dinner, taken with a glass of water. Additionally, if needed, you can take one 20 minutes before breakfast or 20 minutes before a high-sugar snack.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Do not use if the blister pack is broken or tampered with.
