Indications

Zoxyl is a food supplement recommended for the reduction and symptomatology of edema. The presence of edema is the consequence of an increase in the volume of interstitial fluids which determines an accumulation in the tissues or serous cavities of sufficient volume to become clinically manifest. The edema may then present as generalized or localized and will in any case primarily affect the dependent areas. Edema of the lower limbs therefore represents the most common clinical situation. frequently found regardless of the etiology and the physiopathological chain that leads to its formation.
The clinical efficacy on the symptom of edema is shown by various products through effects on the microcirculation with a reduction in endothelial permeability, a reduced relaxation of endothelial enzymes and inflammatory substances, the reduced adhesiveness of leukocytes, the inhibition of free radicals, in addition to the demonstration of increased lymphatic drainage due to the reduction in caliber and the consequent decrease in lymphatic pressure, particularly for some drugs such as Coumarin and Bromelain.
