Iron food supplement
Indications
Ziron 30 is a food supplement based on Lipofer (micro-encapsulated iron pyrophosphate), zinc, vitamin C, coenzyme Q10, selenium and folic acid.
Iron contributes to normal cognitive function, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, normal oxygen transport in the body, normal function of the immune system, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and intervenes in the process of cell division.
Vitamin C increases iron absorption and, together with zinc and selenium, contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Folic acid contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy.
Ingredients
Lipofer (iron pyrophosphate, corn starch, sunflower lecithin); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; zinc gluconate, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), coenzyme Q10, L-selenomethionine; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid).

Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take one tablet per day, swallowed with water.
