Ingredients

Ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc., rhizome) dry extract tit. 5% Gingerols, Ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc., rhizome) powder, thickeners: microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, capsule constituent: vegetable gelatin (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

Directions for use and dosage

We recommend taking 1-2 capsules a day, after meals, with plenty of water.
