Indications
Zac Q10 is a food supplement based on Mitidol (ginger and acmella standardized extracts), ubiqsome (coenzyme Q10 - Coq10Phytosome) and B vitamins.
Ginger promotes joint function and the nervous system. It helps to relieve joint pain, counteracts localized tension, is an anti-nausea remedy, and combats menstrual cycle disorders. B vitamins (B1, B6, B12) contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Directions for Use and Dosage
The recommended dose is 1-2 tablets per day, one every 12 hours (morning and evening), swallowed with a glass of water.
