Directions for use and Dosage
Take one or two sachets a day by adding the contents of one sachet (30 g) to a shaker containing 200 ml of water. Shake well for a creamy, tasty smoothie. Alternatively, add to a glass of 200 ml of water and stir vigorously.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. This product does not replace a varied diet. It should be used as part of an appropriate low-calorie diet, following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If this diet is followed for prolonged periods, exceeding three weeks, it is advisable to consult a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Use of this product is contraindicated in cases of known individual hypersensitivity to the product or any of its components. Contains caffeine (4 mg/maximum daily dose). Not recommended for children, during pregnancy, or while breastfeeding. Do not use in case of thyroid dysfunction.
