Directions Directions for Use

For weight maintenance or future weight gain, take 1-2 tablets daily with liquid immediately after each main meal.
If you miss a meal, take 1-2 tablets anyway.

Warnings

When taking XL-S Medical Maintenance, it is recommended to drink sufficient fluids throughout the day.
Do not exceed 9 tablets per day.
