Directions for use and dosage
Take 2 tablets, swallowing them one at a time, with two glasses of water half an hour before main meals.
Warnings
Do not use during pregnancy and in children, or in any case for prolonged periods without consulting a doctor. Consult your doctor. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan in three doses of 1 g each, with 1-2 glasses of water, before main meals and as part of a low-calorie diet. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, longer than three weeks, it is advisable to consult your doctor. Glucomannan may cause choking problems in people with swallowing problems or if ingested without adequate fluid intake. To ensure adequate absorption, the product must be taken with plenty of water. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
