Indications
X-Plosiv Gel is a concentrated gel based on carbohydrates with different absorption rates capable of providing a rapid and prolonged energy supply over time. Maltodextrins, fructose and dextrose, in the same ratio as Reisprint. 40:30:30 provide energy in the short, medium and long term. X-Plosiv Gel contains 65% rapidly available carbohydrates and also magnesium, the presence of which improves the efficiency of energy processes during exercise and prevents muscle cramps, especially in endurance sports and in the presence of intense sweating. A peculiar quality of X-Plosiv Gel is the presence of a special red vine extract with a marked vasodilatory and antioxidant action, capable of improving muscle oxygenation during exercise. X-Plosiv Gel is packaged in a practical pocket-sized Brovit single-dose bottle, easily transportable during the race.

Directions for use and Dosage
Take 1 single dose of 30 ml, 20-30 minutes before or during exercise, possibly followed by drinking small sips of water to improve its assimilation.
The gel solution is certainly practical and functional, but due to the high concentration of sugars, it risks causing gastrointestinal disorders in sensitive, poorly hydrated subjects and in conjunction with energy exhaustion during exercise. To avoid this side effect, it is recommended to take X-Plosiv Gel with at least half a glass of water.
