Workout Aminos is a food supplement with amino acids and plant extracts. Ideal as a pre-workout for a boost before training.

Directions for use and Dosage

Before training, mix 20 g (1 scoop) with at least 400 ml of water. Shake well until the preparation is completely dissolved. Drink 20 minutes before training.
