Directions for use and Dosage
Mix 30g (one sachet) of Whey Protein with 300ml of water or milk.
First add the liquid to a shaker.
Then add a serving of Whey Protein powder and shake well for 20-30 seconds.
For optimal results, drink 1-3 servings a day directly after training or in the morning.
