Indications
Whey Gold 100% is a protein food supplement that contributes to the growth and maintenance of lean muscle mass. The vitamin B6 it contains contributes to normal protein metabolism. Whey Gold 100%, which also contains papain, is indicated in all cases of increased need or deficiency of protein in the diet. All claims never refer to the product, but to one or more ingredients it contains.
Ingredients
Whey protein concentrate, isolate and hydrolyzed, Flavorings, Sunflower lecithin, Sweeteners: Acesulfame K and Sucralose, Papain, Pyridoxine Hcl (Vit. B6), Riboflavin (Vit. B2).
Directions for use
One dose corresponds to 30 g in 120 ml of water, equal to about 3 tablespoons to be taken twice a day (preferably at breakfast and mid-afternoon). One dose should be taken immediately after training together with carbohydrates. Those who are very underweight and/or train very hard can take another dose before going to bed.
Warnings
The product contains a source of phenylalanine. In case of prolonged use (over 6-8 weeks) it is necessary to consult a doctor. The product is contraindicated in cases of kidney or liver disease, during pregnancy, and in children under 14 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
