Indications
Whey Gold 100% is a supplement containing whey protein from 3 sources. Whey concentrate and isolate are among the purest proteins, as they reach very high protein percentages. Hydrolyzed whey is treated by enzymatic hydrolysis; during this process, the whey proteins are broken down into increasingly smaller peptides (combinations of two or more amino acid molecules). In this way, whey becomes more digestible, absorbable by the body and, given this speed of assimilation, is ideal for rapid recovery following intense sports activities.
Ingredients
Each dose of Whey Gold 100% provides 6.5 g of BCAAs and 5.1 g of Glutamine.
Furthermore, it contains B vitamins and enzymes:
- Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, the functioning of the nervous system, the maintenance of normal red blood cells, iron metabolism and the reduction of tiredness;
- Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hcl) contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism. Furthermore, it contributes to the reduction of tiredness, the regulation of hormonal activity and an efficient energy metabolism;
- Papain is a proteolytic enzyme (which facilitates the digestion of proteins) present in the papaya fruit.

How to use and Dosage
Take 2 times a day daily (preferably at breakfast and mid-afternoon). One dose should be taken immediately after training, along with carbohydrates. Those who are very underweight and/or train very hard can take another dose before going to bed.
One dose corresponds to 30 g in 120 ml of water, equal to approximately 3 tablespoons.
Warnings
In case of prolonged use (more than 6-8 weeks), consult a doctor.
The product is contraindicated in cases of kidney or liver disease, during pregnancy, and in children under 14 years of age.
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
It is recommended not to exceed the indicated doses.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
