Waterfall D-Mannose is a dietary supplement based on D-Mannose, a simple sugar that is poorly metabolized by the body and reaches the urinary tract where it exerts its beneficial action.

Directions for use and dosage

The product should be taken between meals with half a glass or teacup of water or fruit juice (not orange or blueberry).

• After 45 minutes of taking it, drink plenty of water and urinate.
• It is recommended to take the product if your urine pH is weak. Alkaline.
• Sexually related cystitis: It is recommended to take one teaspoon before and after intercourse. Thereafter, for at least three days, 4-5 teaspoons a day.
• Acute episodes: One teaspoon every three hours until symptoms resolve. Then continue with a maintenance dose of three teaspoons a day.
• Recurrent episodes: One teaspoon three times a day for several months.

Warnings

In diseases that cause intestinal malabsorption, such as Crohn's disease, celiac disease, and intestinal parasites, the use of Mannose may be ineffective. It is not contraindicated in diabetes mellitus (periodic blood sugar monitoring is recommended) or in children. With prolonged use, mannose, surrounding the sperm, can prevent it from adhering to the egg.
