Active ingredients

Calcium HMB
It is a compound that reduces muscle catabolism, working to improve the recovery process and improve the lean mass profile. All this leads to a single result: more muscle, more power.

Neuroserine^®
It is a highly titrated natural molecule composed of Phosphatidylserine and Phosphatidylcholine.
It improves liver and nervous system function by increasing the permeability of cell membranes. In particular, it acts on the reduction of cortisol, which negatively affects protein synthesis.

Phoshamax^®
Phosphatidic acid is the simplest of the membrane phospholipids and is implicated in various cellular processes.
Exploiting its bond with mTOR (Mammalian Target of Rapamycin), phosphatidic acid is involved in cell signaling, allowing cellular adaptation to environmental changes. This facilitates the synthesis of lean mass and also improves muscle strength.
During resistance training, phosphatidic acid supplementation promotes the activation of the mTOR gene family, associated with protein synthesis, improving muscle gain.
The synergistic effect of these phospholipids (Neuroserine® and PhosphaMax®) at the brain level decreases the release of ACTH and cortisol, allowing for better stress management during training and competition.

p-mTOR™
Balanced pool of amino acids that, in synergy with HMB and PhoshaMax®, activate the mTOR enzyme which promotes cell regulation, growth and replication by implementing protein synthesis.

• L-Leucine: A fundamental amino acid for muscle growth and endurance, it stimulates protein synthesis and supports metabolism during periods of fasting or during the Ketogenic diet phase;
• L-Arginine: Amino acid with multiple functions such as a precursor of nitric oxide (vasodilator) which helps in the exchange of glucose and proteins. Being also a precursor of creatine, it increases muscle volume. It also has a detoxifying and antioxidant action against oxygen free radicals (ROS);
• L-Phenylalanine: A fundamental amino acid for the construction of proteins and hormones, it is also a precursor in the synthesis of norepinephrine and adrenaline, two neurotransmitters that maximize physical performance by improving neuromuscular reactivity.

L-Ornithine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (AKG)
Synergistic union of L-Ornithine and alpha-ketoglutaric acid, this combination would favor the reduction of muscle catabolism by promoting protein synthesis. These molecules have the ability to stimulate the synthesis of hormones, first and foremost insulin and GH. Improved synthesis occurs immediately after the first intake.

Directions for use and Dosage

On training days, it is recommended to take 3 capsules of VOLUMAX mTOR 2.0 as a pre-workout and 3 capsules as a post-workout. On rest days, take 3 capsules on an empty stomach in the morning as soon as you wake up to optimize the anabolic effectiveness.

Warnings

Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose. For prolonged use (6-8 weeks), consult a doctor.
