VitaSì Energy 3 After (Immediate Recovery) is designed and formulated for the recovery phase after training or sports activity. It is essential for providing the body with nutrients for growth and repair of muscle damage. It is a unique formulation because it contains in a single formulation noble proteins combined with an enzymatic system for their rapid digestion and assimilation and a powerful adaptogen.

Directions for use and Dosage
Take 1 sachet per day, dissolved in a glass of water (approximately 150 ml). Stir for approximately 1 minute after dissolving the contents of one sachet in water at room temperature.
