Vitamineral Lady is a dietary supplement with vitamins A, C, D, E, K, B6, B8, B12, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, folate, iodine, zinc, chromium, molybdenum, and collagen. Niacin, thiamine, vitamins C, B6, and B12 contribute to normal psychological function and the normal functioning of the nervous system. Pantothenic acid, niacin, riboflavin, vitamins C, B6, and B12 contribute to normal energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of healthy nails and skin and, like B8, contributes to the maintenance of healthy hair.
