Indications
Vitamin D3 + K2 (1000 iu and 50 μg) Complex is a supplement based on Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and fixation of calcium in the bones, to the maintenance of correct calcium levels in the blood, to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
Not only is Vitamin D3 necessary for correct redensification and remineralization of the bone, in fact this vitamin allows calcium to enter the bones, but to allow its fixation, Vitamin K2 comes into play, which activates, through carboxylation, osteocalcin, a protein that has the ability to fix calcium to the bone.
Excessive supplementation of Vitamin D D3 not supported by an adequate supply of Vitamin K2 can produce an increase in calcium deposits at the vascular and joint level, causing arterial sclerosis and joint problems.
Integrating both is important to avoid incorrect deposits of the mineral.
The Magnifood complex is enriched with plant extracts that improve the absorption of the two vitamins and work synergistically with them.
In particular, medium molecular weight triglycerides convey their absorption, as Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K are both lipophilic.

Composition

Furthermore, it lists as many as 100 different antioxidant compounds (e.g., alpha lipoic acid and coenzyme Q10) and superoxide dismutase, an enzyme that intervenes in the neutralization of free radicals. - Pumpkin Seeds are naturally rich in essential fatty acids and zinc, a very important mineral for proper bone mineralization.
- Cabbage and Parsley are plants naturally rich in vegetable oils and vitamin K1.
- MCTs (medium-chain triglycerides) are necessary to act as a carrier of vitamin D3 and vitamin K2, as lipoic vitamins promote their absorption.
