Indications
Inositol is a molecule present in nature in multiple conformations, the most common of which is called myo-inositol; inositol is often also identified as vitamin B7 due to its importance for our body, although it cannot be properly considered a vitamin because this molecule can be produced autonomously by the human body from glucose. It is also found in some foods such as cereals, nuts, fruits such as melons and oranges, as well as meat. Myo-inositol performs its biological functions by integrating into the phospholipids of the cell membrane.
An altered metabolism or deficiency of myo-inositol has been found in women with an altered response to sugars and in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). For this reason, myo-inositol is increasingly used by women seeking pregnancy in combination with folic acid supplements.

Directions for use
Swallow 1 to 4 vegetable capsules daily, with water, preferably with meals. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
