How to use

Useful tips on preparing the virgin earth poultice, a natural soothing and anti-inflammatory remedy:

1. Take the virgin earth and pour two cups of fresh water into a non-metal container.
2. Wait about ten minutes for the earth to absorb all the water, then stir with a wooden spoon until it thickens. you do not obtain a consistency that sticks to the ladle.
3. Prepare an elastic bandage or a band, a cotton or linen cloth onto which the compress is poured to a depth of two centimeters.
4. Place the cloth or bandage on the part of the body that needs treatment.
