Directions for use and Dosage
We recommend taking 1 tablet daily, with water.

Storage

The minimum shelf life refers to the product when stored correctly and in its intact packaging. Store the product in its original packaging. Do not store the product near dangerous substances, such as ammonia, gasoline, acetone, easily evaporating or flammable substances.
