Indications
VEGGIE Vanilla is a powdered supplement based on rice, pea, and hemp plant proteins, with added B vitamins and folic acid. B vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 also contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism.

How to use and dosage
Hire according to your needs 25 g per day (equivalent to 2 level scoops) dissolved in 200 ml of water or other liquid, preferably between meals.
