Indications

Urogyn Crispatus is the innovative supplement for those suffering from cystitis, which combines the famous lactobacillus Crispatus with 1 gram of D-Mannose.
Lactobacillus Crispatus is a probiotic that can easily colonize the vaginal environment, significantly increasing its natural defense capabilities.
It is scientifically proven that women who have abundant colonies of Lactobacillus Crispatus tend to suffer less frequently from urogenital infections than any other lactobacillary dominance.

How the supplement works: while the D-Mannose will act mechanically to “capture” pathogenic bacteria present in the bladder, and will contribute to their elimination through urine, Lactobacillus Crispatus will help rebalance the vaginal environment, strengthening the vaginal bacterial flora, the first truly important shield against urogenital infections.

Directions for use and dosage

Take the contents of one sachet dissolved in half a glass of water.
We recommend 1-3 sachets per day as needed.

1. During an ongoing infection (only if agreed with your doctor)
   In the initial phase, it is advisable to take the contents of one sachet 3 times a day: in the morning upon waking, in the mid-afternoon and in the evening shortly before going to bed.
2. In case of post-coital cystitis
   Urogyn Crispatus has been designed to combat new episodes of post-coital cystitis (cystitis after sexual intercourse), 1 sachet dissolved in water immediately after intercourse + 1 sachet immediately after the first urination in the morning the following day.
3. After antibiotic therapy, as a simple prophylaxis
   To avoid incurring new episodes of cystitis, normally 2 sachets are taken per day, 1 immediately after the first urination in the morning and 1 immediately after the last urination of the evening, shortly before going to sleep.
   As a maintenance supplement, 10 days every month for at least 3 months are recommended.
4. Recurrent Cystitis
   Urogyn Crispatus It can be integrated into the Urogyn strategy to combat recurrent cystitis.
   In this case, we recommend replacing the 2 Urogyn tablets in the evening with 1 sachet of Urogyn Crispatus.
