Directions for use and dosage
Take 2 - 3 doses per day, 20 - 40g each.
The best times are: breakfast, mid-morning, mid-afternoon, before bed.
Shake the contents of one dose (30 g in 120 ml of water) in a shaker, together with water or skimmed milk. Once dissolved, the product should be consumed throughout the day.
Warnings
In case of prolonged use (more than 6-8 weeks), a doctor's opinion is required.
The product is contraindicated in cases of kidney disease, liver disease, pregnancy, and children under 14 years of age.
Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet.
It is recommended not to exceed the indicated doses.
