Vita Al Top Ultimate Bcaa200 Capl is a supplement that provides branched chain amino acids (leucine-isoleucine-valine) in a 2:1:1 ratio enhanced with vitamin B6 for greater absorption.
BCAAs are essential branched chain amino acids, as the body is unable to produce them on its own and, therefore, must be introduced through the diet. BCAAs represent approximately 30% of muscle mass; It's useful to include them in the context of physical effort to optimize energy performance. Furthermore, during physical activity, they are the first amino acids to be utilized because, unlike others, they do not pass through the liver but are synthesized directly in the muscles.
