Directions for use and dosage
Take 2 - 3 doses per day, 20 - 40g each.
The best times are: breakfast, mid-morning, mid-afternoon, and before bed.
Shake the contents of one dose (30g in 120ml of water) in a shaker, together with water or skimmed milk. Once dissolved, the product should be consumed throughout the day.

In case of prolonged use (more than 6-8 weeks), consult a doctor.
The product is contraindicated in cases of kidney or liver disease, pregnancy, and children under 14 years of age.
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
