Mass Building is a food supplement whose ingredients contribute to: the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and normal bones (proteins), digestive function (papaya), normal energy metabolism (magnesium, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, niacin, biotin), macronutrients (biotin), proteins and glycogen (vitamin B6), the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (magnesium, vit B2, vit B6, vit B12, vit C, niacin, folates), normal amino acid synthesis (folates and the protection of cells from oxidative stress (vit B2, vit C, vit E).

Directions for use and dosage
Shake a 100 g dose (equivalent to 5 generous scoops) using a shaker with 300 ml of water. Once dissolved, the product should be consumed within fifteen minutes.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. In rare cases, lipoic acid may cause hypoglycemia. Do not use during pregnancy, in children, in cases of kidney or liver disease, or for prolonged periods without consulting a doctor. Due to the presence of creatine, the product is intended for adults only.
