Indications

Triphalmap is a plant-based powder supplement which, according to Ayurvedic tradition, is able to promote the natural physiological functions of the intestine, consequently helping to maintain the natural balance of the microbiota. Haritaki and Amalaki have a beneficial effect on liver function.

Ingredients

Powder of: Amalaki (Phyllanthus emblica L.) fruit, Haritaki (Terminalia chebula Retz.) fruit, Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellerica Roxb.) fruit.

Directions for use and dosage

3 teaspoons (about 3 g) of powder with hot water before bedtime.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
