Indications
Triamag B6 is a composition of three highly bioavailable magnesium salts with the addition of Cucurbita Maxima dry extract. Yellow pumpkin seeds are a food rich in magnesium (1 g of seeds contain 156 mg of magnesium), iron, phosphorus, Omega 3, tryptophan (a precursor of serotonin that helps sleep at night), and phytosterols. They also have alkalizing properties.
Magnesium is involved in large intracellular metabolisms and plays an important physiological role, confirmed by the disorders present in deficiency states.
It activates various enzymes (about 300) in the metabolism of carbohydrates, nucleic acids, and proteins.
It works by counteracting the stimulating effect of calcium on muscle contractions, particularly the cardiac muscle.
It affects growth by promoting the fixation of calcium and phosphorus in the bones.
It participates in most of the reactions that lead to energy production. It is essential for the immune process (antibodies are protein in nature).
Indicated in states of fatigue, muscle cramps, stress, intrauterine contractions, premenstrual pain syndrome, migraine, type 2 insomnia, buffers metabolic acidity and base.

Directions for use and Dosage
Take 1 to 2 tablets of Triamag B6 morning and evening
