Triadenor is a dietary supplement containing n-acetyl-cysteine, s-adenosyl-l-methionine, and folic acid.
Indications
S-adenosyl methionine (SAMe) is a coenzyme involved in the transfer of methyl groups (a process called methylation). SAMe is also involved in the biosynthesis of numerous hormones and neurotransmitters related to mood (such as dopamine and serotonin).
N-acetylcysteine (NAC) is an N-acetylated derivative of the amino acid cysteine. It has high antioxidant activity. NAC supplementation is useful for the body's synthesis of glutathione.
Folates (folic acid) contribute to the control of homocysteine levels. Homocysteine is a sulfur-containing amino acid formed following the loss of a methyl group from methionine (an essential amino acid). Folic acid is essential for the synthesis of the main neurotransmitters: norepinephrine, serotonin, and dopamine.

N-acetyl-cysteine; s-adenosyl-l-methionine; folic acid; fatty acids; bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose); anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc, silicon dioxide, polyethylene glycol); magnesium oxide; colors (E133, iron oxide); glazing agents (ethylcellulose, carnauba wax); glucosamine-L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate.
Directions for use
Take 1 tablet daily, swallowed with a sip of water.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
