Indications

Topspin is a supplement recommended before and after intense and prolonged muscular effort and during sports activity.

• The blue sachets contain substances that protect cartilage and joints that are particularly stressed in tennis, together with branched-chain amino acids that counteract the production of lactic acid, preserve muscle tissue, provide energy, and delay the onset of fatigue.
• The white sachets contain Vitamins (Group B and C), Mineral salts (potassium and magnesium), and Creatine, useful for promoting rehydration during prolonged physical exercise, delaying fatigue, and maintaining endurance performance, improving performance.

Directions for use and Dosage

• BLUE sachet: Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water at least half an hour before training or a match. To improve physical recovery, take one sachet after physical activity.
• WHITE Sachet: Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a 500ml bottle. During intense training or a prolonged match, take 500ml of product per hour of activity, drinking regularly at 15-minute intervals and in small sips.
