Directions for use and Dosage
Prepare the Herbal tea using a filter in a cup of water (200 ml) brought almost to a boil (80°) and leave to infuse for 15 minutes, taking care to cover the cup to avoid losing the volatile substances. Drink a cup of herbal tea as needed. In the evening, take it at least a couple of hours before bedtime (diuretic effect).
