Indications
ESI Le Dieci Erbe Lactulose is a food supplement based on lactulose, with concentrated plum juice, plant extracts of marshmallow, milk thistle, dandelion, artichoke, cinnamon, witch hazel, mallow and mint.
- Lactulose contributes to the acceleration of intestinal transit (the beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 10 g of lactulose per day in a single portion), plum, tamarind, mallow, dandelion, cinnamon and witch hazel promote the regularity of intestinal transit.
- Tamarind and Mallow promotes normal stool volume and consistency, marshmallow promotes intestinal transit and also has an emollient and soothing action on the digestive system. Milk thistle, artichoke, and dandelion promote liver and purifying functions and contribute to digestive action. Furthermore, artichoke, cinnamon and mint promote the elimination of intestinal gas.
- Mint also regulates gastrointestinal motility and has digestive functions, like cinnamon.
It contains no artificial flavours or colourings, gluten, GMOs and added sugars.
Suitable for vegetarians.

Directions for use and Dosage
We recommend taking 1 measuring spoon (20 ml) per day, in a single dose, as is or diluted in water, in the evening, before going to bed.
It is recommended to accompany the intake with a large glass of water.
Shake before use.
Being a product with natural components, any sediment and/or variations in color or taste from one batch to another do not affect its quality.
