Indications
Protein powder supplement with chocolate and hazelnut flavor, with low-fat cocoa. Specifically formulated to help maintain muscle tone, thanks to the high content of plant-based proteins obtained from rice and peas. Highly digestible and gluten-free, it contains only sugars naturally present in peas and rice.
The plant proteins contained in ProteinoSy SHAKE are particularly useful in vegan or vegetarian diets, to supplement any nutritional deficiencies. Contains all the essential amino acids that, not being produced by the body, must be consumed daily.

How to use and dosage
Ideal for breakfast or as a snack. For optimal, creamy results, we recommend using a shaker or blender. Add 2-3 scoops (27 g) of powder to 300 ml of cold water. Shake until completely dissolved. It can also be mixed with plant-based drinks for an even creamier result.
