Indications
SYNAID is a dietary supplement based on bacopa, theanine, saffron, copper, and vitamins.
Bacopa (Bacopa monnieri dry extract titrated at 25%, equal to 80 mg of bacosides) contains substances called bacosides. Bacopa is useful for promoting memory, cognitive function, and mental well-being.
Theanine improves cognitive function, attention, emotional state, promotes relaxation, and improves sleep quality.
Saffron (Crocus sativus dry extract titrated at 5%, equal to 1.5 mg of crocin) contains crocin, a substance that normalizes mood. Clinical studies demonstrate that crocin has antidepressant and anti-inflammatory effects.
Folic acid, copper, and vitamins play an important role in maintaining the integrity of the nervous system, and their deficiency has been associated with both cognitive decline and dementia. B vitamins are also cofactors in the formation of neuronal membranes and synapses. Vitamin B6 in particular is also involved in regulating mental function and mood. Folic acid and vitamins B6 and B12 are also substances involved in homocysteine metabolism.

Composition
One 1.2 g tablet contains: 320 mg of bacopa extract, 100 mg of L-theanine, 30 mg of saffron, 9.5 mg of vitamin B6 (678 %NRV*), 25 mcg of vitamin D (500 %NRV*), 2 mg of copper (200 %NRV*), 450 mcg of biotin (900 %NRV*), 400 mcg of folic acid (200 %NRV*), 33 mcg of vitamin B12 (1320 %NRV*).

Directions for use
Take 1 tablet daily before breakfast. Wash down with a large glass of water. The flavor and size of the tablet reflect its naturalness, effectiveness, and good preparation. Repeated cycles of at least 3 months or longer periods as directed by your doctor are recommended.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light, humidity, and direct sources of heat. The minimum shelf life refers to the product in its intact package, stored correctly.
