Indications

Supravit Group B is a supplement based on B vitamins, indicated in periods of psychophysical stress or in cases of reduced dietary intake or increased need.

Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B12 and H contribute to normal energy metabolism and Folic Acid contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients

Vitamin B3 (Niacin), Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic acid), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCl), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Vitamin B1 (Thiamine), Vitamin B12 at 0.1% (Cobalamin), Folic acid, Vitamin H (Biotin), Biphasic calcium phosphate, Rice husk, Vegetable cellulose, Magnesium stearate, Colloidal silica.

Directions for use and dosage

It is recommended to take one tablet per day, preferably with a meal, with a little water.
